Refund policy

• Refunds can take up to 14 BD to forms of original payment. 
• NO returns on customs whatsoever. 
• Once the package is in USPS or UPS hands you must contact them for information on the package. 
• If you were sent the incorrect items or something was damaged you have 24 hours after receiving package to notify us & we will refund you or give you store credit after items have been received back by SBBC.
• SBBC will send you back a shipping label to send back items. 
• All items must be returned before a refund is given. 
  
• If items were damaged while they were in YOUR possession, SBBC will not offer a refund. We can help with offering a retie option if the bow is still capable of that option.
